AIM:
GANGA RISHIKULUM Is an English Medium School, and Hence all efforts are made to impart teaching and learning through the medium of English Language, Study of Hindi, Sanskrit, Indian Culture and Heritage however, occuples an important place in the School’s Curriculum.

RULES FOR DISCIPLINE:

5.Every pupil must take part in all school activities (physical or cultural) and converse in English in order to gain fluency.
6. Any child who comes to school late or not in proper uniform form will be liable to punishment and will be sent back home.
7. In case of sickness if a child has been sent to school in such a case the child will be sent back and parents will have to bear the transport charges. No child will be allowed to go home during school hours other than exceptional circumstances. 8.
8. No child is permitted to buy eatables or titsbits from anyone who has not been given permission to sell by the school authority.
9. Students will wear Identity cards with tag school uniform everyday.

REGISTRATION
Admission can be obtained by registration on payments of Rs. 100/-(Not Refundable, Non-Adjustable

ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL:-
Admission will depend on the performance of the students as judged on the
1. basis of an admission test/interview.
2. The pupils will be tested on the syllabus of the class below the one for which they seek admission.
3. Admission is confirmed only on producing the transfer certificate duly counter
signed by the education authority of the previous district and Nagar Nigam Birth certificate in case of admission in Nursery class.
4. Latest progress report from the previous school should be produced for admission to classes LKG & above.
5. Nagar Panchayat municipal birth certificate will have to be submitted for admission of a child who has not attended any recognized school previously.
6. Special attention must be paid in entering correctly the name and date of birth of the child. Subsequent change in the date or name is not permitted later.
8. Application for transfer certificate must be made in the name of Principal. A clear calender month’s notice for withdrawal from school must be given. If a child is withdrawn without notice one installment fee will be charged in lieu of notice.

LEAVE:
Application for leaves should be-sent to the Principal. If the students is absent without leave for more than 5 days, the name will be automatically struck off the roll.

PROMOTION:
1. A pupil must pass in all the subject promotion to the next class will be decided by the promotion committee what will be final.
2. It is compulsory to pass in English, Maths & Science.
3. The pass mark in a subject is 40%.
4. Promotion of students from one class to another is determined on the basis of the terminal and periodical assessments.
5. No leave of any kind would be granted during examinations.
6. No Medical Certificate etc would be accepted during examination.
7. Students who fail to appear for any exam will be marked absent and no promotion to next class could be granted.
8. If a child is absent for an examination or test he/she will be marked absent and will get a zero no re-test will be possible.
9. The result declared at the end of the year will be final and will not be reconsidered.
10. Less than 75% attendance will mean detention from final examination.

RULES FOR THE PAYMENT OF FEES:
Fee may be deposited at the school Counter from 1 to 10 of every month. Later
fee of Rs. 100/per month will be charged after the end of fees day.

Summer-7:30am to 1:00pm
Timing may change at short notice.

NOTICE FOR PARENTS:
1. Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities and bear in mind that a well ordered and disciplined way of life is as important at home as in school by taking active interest in the activities of their ward in school.
2. Parents are requested to sign the report card and familiar documents relating to their children when requested.
3. Parents are informed that occasional reports from teachers are made in the. school diary. They are requested to sign them as proof that they have read them.
4. if a pupil is likely to be ili for a long-period the principal must be informed.
5. Change in the address of telephone numbers of parents of guardians must be intimated to the school writing falling which the School will not be responsible for non-receipt of communications.
